B guitar chord

B major. B is a barre chord with a demanding grip. Expect it to buzz for a while; that is normal, not a talent problem. Many songs that use it also have a capo detour.

Finger by finger

Lay your index finger flat across 5 strings, from the A string to the high E string, at the 2nd fret. That bar is the anchor; the rest of the shape sits on top of it.
Put your ring finger on the 4th fret of the D string.
Put your ring finger on the 4th fret of the G string.
Put your ring finger on the 4th fret of the B string.
Skip the low E string when you strum; it is not part of the chord.
