F major. F is a barre chord. Expect it to buzz for a while; that is normal, not a talent problem. Many songs that use it also have a capo detour.

Finger by finger

Lay your index finger flat across all six strings at the 1st fret. That bar is the anchor; the rest of the shape sits on top of it.
Put your middle finger on the 2nd fret of the G string.
Put your ring finger on the 3rd fret of the A string.
Put your pinky on the 3rd fret of the D string.
